They did a fantastic job of rewiring my entire house to replace the old aluminum wire with copper and bring all the wiring up to the most recent electrical code. All the workers obviously knew and cared about doing the job right. I was very impressed with the professionalism and will use them for any future electrical needs.

Dylan was great. Explained everything as he went along and was able to find the resolution and get my issue fixed very quickly. Would highly recommend this company.

Based on some great reviews, we called Superior Service Electric. Our technician, Dylan, was professional, conscientious, & knowledgeable. He was able to identify and show us some potential safety issues with our 50-year-old electrical service quickly. After his inspection, he thoroughly explained his findings from the 11-point evaluation. He then provided a very fair set of estimates - we opted to have his crew do all the work suggested, including replacing the old sservice panels. The work was completed on schedule as outlined. The site was left cleaner than he found it.Trust this company. We’ve lived in a lot of houses in five states over the decades, and this is one of the best electrical contractor companies we’ve encountered. Shout out to Colby, Dylan’s assistant, on all 3 days. Great teamwork!

We had Noah and Colby come to our house for several electrical issues we were having. They were on time for the appointment, very professional and friendly. After listening to our concerns they did a general inspection and evaluated the things we were having problems with. Everything was explained to us in detail and we were given a detailed written price for the work that needed to be done, as well as options for other work that we could choose to do. Everything was completed that afternoon and we were very happy as the work done was exactly what we wanted and what we agreed upon. We will be moving soon and are happy to hear that they also service that area. We plan on using this company again for our new home. I would definitely recommend Superior Service Electric and was very happy with the technicians sent to us

The person that took my call to schedule the appointment was very pleasant and listened to my concerns. I received several reminders about my appointment, even got a text with technician’s name, Dylan Swam, and photo before arrival. Dylan and his apprentice Seth, were very polite, helpful, and efficiently completing the job. Up front pricing with a pricing book was a huge plus. Thank you for a great job!

I had quite a bit that needed to be done, so Dylan and Colby were here for three days. They not only have transformed my basement, they were super friendly and patient with my son asking a million questions. Today, Superior sent two extra guys, Noah and Seth, to help finish the last leg so I could have power back on. Even though they had a lot of stuff to maneuver around they were all very careful not to damage anything. From what I’ve seen that is rare with construction and renovation crews, but greatly appreciated. I will definitely be using them again, and I will highly recommend Superior to anyone else.

Very disappointed. SSE knew we just needed a repair when service tech was sent --$99 to just analyze the issue. Cost to replace battery, filter and oil $1800. I'm educated and know that the parts are in the $250-$300 at most. I'm pretty sure even I could replace them in 1 to 2 hours. So, I'm outraged that labor is $1500+. We originally planned to replace the generator, but recently needed the $$$$$ for more important issues. We told them we would not be purchasing a new one and they offered their repair services. If I'm being honest, the $1800 is outrageous! They would warranty the work for a year. I had no guarantee that the generator would work after the service was done. I'd be out $1800. I believe they were high on the repair to nudge us into purchasing a new one. I was trying to establish an honest and good relationship with them. They were gouging us on cost. They will not be in consideration when we actually do get a new generation in the next 1 or 2 years. Again, very disappointed.
