We had an electrical panel and backboard installed on our property. Kevin and his team did an excellent job. He is a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced master electrician and we enjoyed working with him. We would recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.

Successful Residential Service Upgrade! This was my second time to engage the services of Bass Electrical and I was impressed once again. Bass Electrical Contracting provided 1 of the 3 bids I obtained for performing a residential service upgrade. I wanted to replace the 60-amp fused panel with a 200-amp service and breaker panels. Bass wasn't quite the lowest bid but got the work because of the previous experience I had. Sam worked with me through several revisions of quotation as I tweaked a request or two. I appreciated Sam's attention to getting the scope clearly identified before any work began. Bass coordinated with Alabama Power for dropping and re-connection of the service, as well as with Auburn's Code Enforcement department for permitting and inspection. Josh, Levi, Aaron, and Travis arrived on time and we talked through the job. They seemed to have a good understanding of the scope. The two teams worked smoothly and efficiently to get the job done. They were courteous, friendly, and quick to answer any questions I had along the way. They also had a few questions for me and I appreciated them allowing my input. They started about 8 AM and finished just after 3 PM. Power was on and the difficult part of the upgrade completed successfully. They returned to my home the following week to label all of the breakers. I appreciated the attention to detail there, as well. Bass Electrical Contracting made me a satisfied customer.
