After our house suffered a fire due to a previous bad electrical work, I contacted Chris to give us an estimate. As soon as he saw he knew what the problem was, he did everything in his hands to fix it so that we could go back to our house. Chris has a great attitude and inspired us a lot of confidence. I contacted Chris from CitySquad Electrical, who was referred to me by a friend, to replace an old electrical box that was a mandated requirement by my insurance. After sending the photos to Chris, he told me that there was no need to replace the box and he was willing to write me a letter to send to my insurance explaining this. I was shocked and impressed by his integrity. Specially, for someone that was contacted for the first time. These days, most contractors would have accepted the job and charged me for it even if it’s not needed just to increase their own sales. But instead, he was honest and even offered to help me by writing a letter, which he had no obligation to do. In my opinion, Chris is one of those rare people that still have high work ethic and conduct their business in an honest and fair manner. Thank you, Chris. I truly appreciate your honesty!

Chris is THE GUY to go to in DFW for an EV charger install. Way more knowledgable regarding EVs than the handful of other electricians I talked to (he personally owns EVs as well), and he did an awesome job for a very competitive price. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

We were having trouble with our lights and electrical plugs turning off and on randomly. Especially terrifying in the middle of the night and having an old alarm system go off every time the power came back on. Our landlord coordinated a couple of options but it was ultimately CitySquad who came out. They realized right away that the electrical panel had an incorrect screw that had fused and was causing the panel to arc. Thankfully, they were able to replace the panel quickly only needing a couple hours to knock it out. If you have any electrical issue they are very knowledgeable and will execute efficiently and flawlessly.

I had five five plugs installed inside my house and three GFCI installed outside. I also had my panel replaced with an upgraded safer panel. Chris came in and was extremely professional and quick in his work. I cannot say enough good things about CitySquad Electrical. The pricing for all the work was extremely fair and I would highly recommend you get a quote from CitySquad before going with anyone else. Update 09/02/2020 Chris and his son from CitySquad have done it again! They exceeded my expectations in service and quality of work! They added a plug behind my Chimney where access was extremely limited and hung my TV in a very, very difficult Spot and I could not be happier with the results!!! Now I think I need a bigger TV haha but again CitySquad is the best around. You can't go wrong with these guys.
