Casey with Mr. Electric came to our house to resolve a problem that we were having with two outlets that suddenly were not working. He was very diligent at trying to pinpoint the problem. Within a short period of time he resolved the situation. He was extremely friendly and professional and we are thankful that he was able to help. I would highly recommend Casey with Mr. Electric to anyone who is in need of their services.
Hello, this company Mr Electric has sent out a very new inexperienced electrician to our property and was unable to correctly diagnosis any problems over a 2 day period. During those 2 days, the representative for Mr Electric, removed my ceiling fan and broke it without replacement, broke my tv stand without replacement, all without even mentioning that he broke those 2 items. Not only that but he never fixed our problem, instead mentioned to hit the walls with our fist if the power goes out and that it may have fixed itself through Arc welding itself… on the 2nd day the supervisor joined the inexperienced employee and they tried selling us on the entire electric panel needing replaced and a separate line ran into the home. Well, come to find out from another electric company the problem was simple, rust on the breaker bar, they cleaned it off and put the breaker back on and everything is up and working. Mr Electric should be ashamed of their poor effort and performance.

Mr. Electric of Sarasota came out to replace our electrical panel, smoke detectors and GFI’s. Brian and Bill did an excellent job! They were friendly and respectful. The quality of work was great too. I would recommend them to all my friends.

The service rep who answered was very knowledgeable about our LG washer and dryer, recommended a great dryer vent cleaning service and scheduled a technician very promptly. The technician was very professional and we had a simple problem that he identified and fixed accordingly. We'll definitely call again!!!

Very satisfied with Mr. Electric!! Called them to repair the light sensor on my outdoor lighting. Gary came by very quickly and had it all fixed in 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend them!
