Brian Black came to my house and looked over some outlets and my breaker that I was having some concerns about. He educated me on what was going on and was quick to respond to my call. I got help that very same day. Thank you so much, will definitely be using them again if ever needed.

Worked with this company before and had a great experience, so of course I reached out to them again for additional work. Had the pleasure of working with Brian Black who was PHENOMENAL when he came out previously- however he was pretty busy when I called again, but HE sent someone over SAME DAY and personally seen to it that the job got done! And top of that, he sent out Joe who was BOMB too! My experience working with Brian & Joe was great!! They are personable, professional, fast, reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and fair! They are definitely our preferred vendor for Electrical.

They were quick to respond to my initial request and very flexible as I changed my order a few times leading up to the appointment. The guys were very polite and kept me informed as they worked and once done, cleaned up everything! Pricing was about average but the service and communication was well above the norm and greatly appreciated.

We couldn't of been happier with the work that Plugged in Electrical did for us! We have several new appliances, that needed new electrical outlets installed before arriving, several new outlet locations that needed to be installed and a vent hood for the stove that was hard wired in, removed. They placed outlets above the cabinets for lighting and decorations, under the sink for a garbage disposal and smart faucet, behind the tv for cord management, and did everything at a phenomenal price! I will use them again in the future and definitely will make sure that everyone knows that they are a trustworthy company! On a side note, the 2 guys that came out to do the work were knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to be around.

The Team did a great job! Love the lighting placed on the outside of our home. It looks fantastic and added so much to appearance of our home. The Team is professional, responsive and customer oriented. Love the work they have done and highly recommend them to anyone needing enhancement and/or other electrical services.

I had used this service for a small job and was satisfied with results. When it came time for a rewiring of the house, I used them again. Crew always came on time and were able to try and be flexible with my personal schedule. I trust they did a good job as knowing nothing about electricity issues, I look to someone who does. My house is old and they have had experience in our midtown neighborhood which was a plus. It is always nice to have a group of workers who are respectful and have s sense of humor!

If I could add more stars, I would!! From the moment Alan walked through our home, he was very professional. He came and provided me with options. I initially only wanted 1 under cabinet light placed by our wine bar but we ended up doing a few others. Honestly, I just had a very good vibe from him. He even came back out to our home, to explain how he would do the outdoor lighting. Prior to install, Alan worked with my schedule to get things done. On the day of installation, He brought a team with him along with Matt and they were all very professional. He “huddled” with them before starting, to let them know the plan for our lighting. They each went and did the job and I couldn’t have been happier!!! I have no problems recommending them and will continue to use them for ALL our electrical needs!!!!
