Great company with excellent service. Did an outstanding job creating an outlet in my brick wall and TV mount. They left no mess behind and Cleaned up everything. Would definitely hire them again. Kyle and Josh were awesome!

Working with Zach and Impact Electric was by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor in my life! I called Zach to get a quote to replace my electrical panel and he responded immediately and explained the whole process in depth. I also needed the work done quickly due to the fact that my insurance was going to drop me if I didn't replace the panel. He coordinated and set up everything from getting in touch with Duke energy and submitting the permits within one business day. Zach and his team came by and were very pleasant and got the job done with barely any interruption to my day. I can not thank them enough and would recommend them to anybody that needs electrical work done!

They say, "you get what you pay for". Well Impact was worth it. They are not inexpensive but if you're looking for the best quality product installed by the most professional crew, then they are the one to go with! Impact's crew was extremely respectful, honest, friendly, and professional. They rewired our entire home and changed out panels. I was nervous spending that kind of money but when the County inspecror says, "you hired one of the best companies and they installed one hell of protection system", I felt better about my investment. They even went above and beyond by paying attention to detail and installed some needed items that hadn't been proposed, without additional cost. Impact is now on my speed dial for any additional future electrical needs but after the job they did, I shouldn't have to call them. Impact can be trusted and should be hired!
