Update 4/2024- We had some issues with gaps, gate doors not opening properly and with the ghost arm. We called in and Superior did a great job sending Daniel to come fix the problems. Daniel was polite and extremely efficient. He fixed issues with the fence that we hadn't even notice. Nothing was wrong due to quality of work, we can tell it's part of the fence settling in with all the wind, etc. Matt, the owner, even came personally to see about the issues with the gate and ghost arm. We continue to be very satisfied by the customer service. We had 433 LF of Mocha Walnut Hamilton Vinyl fencing installed along our .25 acre property along with two rear yard access gates and a custom-built double driveway gate that included Ghost arm automatic door opener & zombie lock. The pricing was competitive and we're very happy with the value for money. You can see from the picture why we keep getting compliments from everyone who sees the fence. Bob, the salesman, was very responsive and easy to talk to. He even dropped off a sample of the fencing so we could be sure that we liked the color. Bob also did a great job referring us to Corey (Corbin) who did an excellent job clearing the fence line. Tracy in the office was on top of communication in a timely manner, always updating as necessary and responsive to our innumerable questions. When the initial appointment for installation had to be rescheduled due to the materials not being ready Superior did a great job with their customer service. They were apologetic and scheduled with two crews to get the job done in one day instead of two. The day of the installation the crew was on time and very professional. My husband enjoyed all his interactions with them especially Cody and Caleb, who went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. When certain things didn't meet his expectations they were quick to address them. And Matt, the owner, even personally came to address my husband's concerns and make sure everything was resolved. We're very glad we used Superior Fencing for our installation and heartily recommend them to everyone. Thank you Matt, Tracy and everyone at Superior for your hard work on our fence!

This company was competitively priced, very knowledgeable and able to make some great suggestions to help me make some decisions. They worked quickly and efficiently. Very professional, would recommend them to anyone I knew looking to have a privacy fence installed. We love our private backyard oasis now!

What an amazing experience I had with this company. Tracy and Debbie in the office ensured I knew exactly what to expect. I received emails in regards to their process. Cody and his team were very efficient. I had 88 sf of fence replaced and a bonus piece. They communicated with me during the entire process from start to finish. The materials used are of high quality. The gate is constructed with a steel framed with the wood is screwed into the steel frame. Which is exactly how I wanted it. Their work is professional and high quality. If you need a fence built or replaced I highly recommend this company.

We had Superior Fence and Rail install a 6' white vinyl privacy fence around our backyard. Their price was competitive with other companies we spoke to, but their outstanding customer service won us over. They were responsive and helpful, even when we thought about changing details of the fence in the weeks leading up to installation. The installation itself was super quick--around 200 feet of fence installed in about 5 hours. It's perfectly straight and looks beautiful!
