Thank you for your review regarding your fence installation. As a company we strive to provide our customers with high quality and great customer service, we believe in always doing the right thing.
Your installation was on February on 2023. I (owner) personally spent 3 hours the morning of the project waiting for you to decide the style of the fence. We also went out of our way to deliver new pickets of a different size because you chose to change the style last minute, we did not charge you a change order. After the fence was installed, you proceeded to stain it in a color you did not like, then requested we returned to switch those sections at no cost, to which we declined.
You requested we install the fence leveled on top, which we did. Your yard slope a bit, and to avoid having gaps underneath we ran some of the pickets longer which is why the height of the fence differentiates in some sections, but the top is still straight. In addition, our sales representative went to your house and met with you a total of 6 times, trying to fully satisfy your fencing needs. We communicated with you throughout the process and allowed you to inspect the fence before we had you sign off on it.
Some of the photos you share with us are from the back 6' high fence installed by landscapers, not Superior Fence. We informed you of the defects associated with the installation, but you declined to redo the entire fence line. Your landscapers also damaged parts of the already installed fence, you asked for us to fix it at no cost, to which once again we declined.
Our number one goal is customer satisfaction, we ask for an opportunity to remedy any issues you may have as part if your Workmanship warranty. Cedar is a natural material, we do not have control of decay a year after the installation has been completed, but we can certainly help with any installation issues you may have.
