Dimond Fence Company

From the moment they placed our fence there’s been a very large gap between our house and the fence, meaning our dogs can get out and others can get in. (which recently happened) I emailed them shortly after I it was installed asking for something to be done about it and never got a response, now months later there’s almost a dog fight and their excuse? Well we can’t do anything because it’s an above ground fence… but they’ve know. It’s a problem! Don’t use them if you’ve got pets or anything valuable because they don’t care and won’t fix it.

Absolutely excellent customer service. If you need a fence, Travis is the person to talk to. He came to my house and met with my wife about setting up temporary panels to keep our dogs contained until the ground thawed and the old fence could be pulled out. Also, we had mass quantities of root balls to be ground out by Blackhawk Works before the fence could be installed. You can't go wrong using Diamond Fence in coordination with Blackhawk Works for all your fencing needs. Travis and Derek are exceptional individuals and you won't regret their work or their service.

Upon request, the owner promptly ordered my privacy fence and had it installed before I hung up the phone or so it seemed. The office handled my bookkeeping requests with professional courtesy. Thank you Dimond Fencing!

Able to get someone out to do a quote for install within a few days. After that this company is a lost cause. Called and requested the go ahead with the install. After several failed calls and vague answers months have passed and still no fence or straight answer. If you want a fence installed do not use this company. Find a better local installer or do yourself. Any other company would be better than Diamond Fence

Good luck ever getting them to care enough to answer the phone or return a phone call. Called 3 work days in row and no one answered on both of their numbers. Not even joking called 11 times on Monday every 30 mintues until they closed.

Great quality fence, that's why I chose this company over the other one. St. Bernard is no match and that was my main concern. The people that worked with me were awesome, made everything real easy on me. To get to here, though, you have to turn on Olns St and then right on Fox; Fox is blocked off at the other end.
