Our association had three very old trash bin enclosures that needed to be replaced. We saw two very attractive vinyl enclosures at a neighboring community and found they were done by Carter Fence. A phone call got us a visit and a quote. Matt Hunter of Carter got us through the County permit process - always a mystery to me - and their very professional crew did an outstanding installation. We couldn't be happier. The enclosures are beautiful.

I used Carter fence to put a gate around my pool and a wooden fence around my backyard. If you use this company make sure you read every single word in the contract and retake the measurements. I unfortunately went by what we had discussed which was very different than what was in the contract. The fence was put in 5ft away from the property line so my yard is now much smaller than it could have been. They didn't properly measure the gate around the pool. They had a picture in the contract where the gate went to the house but the measurement was shorter. So I had to pay an extra $1,000 for the difference. I also had asked for a white wooden fence and they failed to tell me they do not have a white wooden fence that I would have to have it painted which it said in the contract but I didn't realize that applied to me because I asked for white wood to began with. They do not go over the contract with you they just email it to you and expect you to sign it and send it back. It was my fault for not reading it thoroughly but I felt like they should have gone over a few things especially when they knew they were not doing the things that we had discussed. I felt like the cost was a little high but what was worse was it took them 5 months before it was finished and that made us to loose some rental income. So bottom line make sure you read every word of the contract and go over the measurements.

We had a great experience with Carter Fence. They gave us a reasonable quote and completed our project in an appropriate time frame. Jacin at Carter Fence was really helpful through the whole process. We had 3 gentlemen arrive and complete the aluminum fence around our backyard within 6 hours. Three months later the fence still looks good, gate works great as well. Highly recommend.

The office staff is amazing and the installers definitely knew what they were doing. The finished product and the quality was as promised. I received two estimates and Carter gave me the lowest. A special shout out to Paola who made sure I was pleased. Thank you for a job well done.

Carter fence did a fast and efficient job with our fence here in our community and most importantly they were very careful with our brand new grass and landscaping just installed the week before and careful with our plants. We recently contracted with Carter Fence for the installation of our vinyl privacy fence. We couldn't be happier with their work! Their employees worked diligently in the hot weather and did a spectacular job. Truly, they ALL worked hard. Clean-up was impeccable! We had time restraints, and Carter Fence went above-and-beyond to meet our time limitations. We would highly recommend Carter Fence!

Carter Fence was excellent from my initial call through the final installation. The salesperson was right on time and I had my estimate that night. As soon as the permit was issued they scheduled my job and completed it one day. The aluminum framed gate doors are very sturdy and the high quality hinges and latches making opening an closing very smooth.
