I ask for the fence to be dog proof and was assured that the build would be sufficient. When the dog punched a hole in a board, that was not put in well to begin with, and I called for repair I was told they coud do nothing about that. Fair enough, but you did say it would hold the animal. So, I suggested someone come out and reinforce the job with screws and I was told off. Further, they left my neighbords side of the yard a wreck, wood, and nails abound. So I will fix my 7 thousand dollar fence myself, plus clean up the yard, and looks like I need to dig around the fence as they left the new material in a state that will eventual prematurely rot. Do not use this service if you want reall customer service and a group that stands by their work. Lastly, I am newish to this house and had the fence replace by Ingle because they were the last to do it. Come to find out it did not last vary long acordding to my neightborgh, so try a company that is a bit more forward thinking and accrually cares about your long term investment.

In April 2024, we replaced a chain link fence that was put up by this same company 25 years ago with a wood privacy fence. The company is now under new management. In addition, we had a chain link fence added around a large dog kennel inside the wood fenced area. The crew that worked on ours was overseen by a younger man, Michael D. This guy was very knowledgeable and a super hard worker. Kept the full crew on task, and I think outworked them all! :) We really like the outcome of both of our new fences. We've seen other fences done by Ingles after the tornado damage last year. Those fences look good, as well! We recommend giving Ingles a try.

I had used Southwest fence first, and they either had no clue about what they were doing, or they gave me the shaft. I went to Ingle fence, and told them my problem, and they did an outstanding job. Now my yard and my dogs are safe and sound. Thank you so much Ingle fence.

They came out and put a fence in a couple of years ago and now the panels are coming detached I also have boards that are bowing so bad that I now have to go buy more boards to replace the ones the put up. I called them and they said we only cover it for a year but we can send someone out to give you a quote. No thank you. You want me to pay for your mistake and mishap not mine. Next time I will build it myself like I always have!

It was easy to get them to come out to give me an estimate. After that, trying to schedule was a nightmare. Everyone I did get to talk to though was perfectly pleasant. But once they finally scheduled a date and came, they kept leaving and forgetting there was more to build. Then they forgot they were supposed to repair my existing fence. The fence they built is great, but the repairs to my existing fence were NOT. Days after they finished there were boards coming off. Now it’s been a few months and there are more boards coming off. Very disappointed.

They were very timely from my estimate, approval of work, and completing the job. The fence is solid and just as described. Thanks!
