They haven't returned my call

We LOVE our fence. Tyler came in and added special touches that just make the whole overall fence spectacular!! We could not have picked a better man for the job. Very professional, efficient, and friendly. I cannot tell Tyler enough how much we love the job they did!!

Tyler’s a man of his word...he’s the owner and installer and is as honest as the day is long. He did a wonderful job enclosing our backyard. He was helpful in suggesting various available options with associated costs. Highly recommended

Poor responsiveness and follow through. I have been trying to get a gate opener installed since October. Lots of back and forth texts and even a contract reference terms of service. As of late Tyler does not respond or show up. I'm very happy money did not change hand . I think I dodged a bullet with this company. The owner seems like a good guy but overwhelmed and not in a position to actually handle a customer base. Highly recommend if you enjoy waiting and uncertainty.

As much as I want this to be a good review I am having a hard time doing more than three stars. Could be five but I have had a fence issue for at least three months that has not been resolved. I have called Tyler multiple times to ask him to come and fix the issue and he has promised to show up and then did not. I have the fencing installed in the interior of my business and the mesh came away from the panel when a dog jumped on it. I cannot have an unsafe fence and I have relayed this to Tyler on multiple occasions. I am now forced to use things to block the opening and this is not safe. I really like the fencing and was thinking of adding more but without the follow through on the promise to repair when I needed it I am not sure I will do that. This could be a five star review but the lack of response and the promise to fix it each time I call has made me lose faith that it will ever be fixed. It's too bad because I don't like doing less than five star reviews for small businesses.

Tyler was very responsive and extremely professional. We love our fence!
