Limited options on site. One guy wasn't helpful at all, another came to help me and showed me around and explained the process. We eventually chose to go with another co. for cost.

I have lived in the Prescott area for 5 years now and I’m always going to the Men here at American Fence for help in creating a SAFE environment for my Horses. Brandon & Kip are always very helpful to this 50+yr old woman. I can call something a Watchcha-ma-Call-it and they know what I’m talking about.

I have had to order materials from American Fence twice now, and both times the have met expectations. Brandon at the front desk is usually pretty helpful, and the guys in the back are always quick and efficient when loading.

They installed a chain link fence and some wood fence for me. Wood fence was installed with crooked rails in one section. When I contacted them about it, they suggested I live with it. Took threatening to take $500 off my bill before they came and fixed it. Not cool, just added stress.

Prescott Valley location 6 months to complete the project... as a consumer I was the one that had to keep reaching out to get a status on when items were going to be complete and/or sub-contactors were going to show. Craig Malone (Project Manager) was terrible at communication and follow up. If you goal is to have it done in a timely fashion I would not recommend.

I was very disappointed. I filled out their estimate for the amount of fencing I needed, the type that I needed, and all my information so that they can get back to me. It's been over a week and no one has called or emailed me. Not a good way to run a business people. Chris R Sedona, Az.

Somewhat disappointed with the help this visit. I buy stuff for resale. That means tax exempt. Told the kid who it was for. He charged me sales tax anyway. Unfortunately I didn't catch it for a couple of days. Darned irritating. Now I check it every time.

I decided on American Fence for a large double gate as well as a section of fencing that replaced some wood fencing the previous owners had used. I couldn't be happier with the gates and fencing. They were done in March of 2018, and now that it's monsoon season, I can say they have held up well and still look great. The cedar wood they used is very attractive. We went with the protectant/sealant that American Fence recommended and it gave it a very nice look. Leonard was very helpful and professional. The fence and gate installers were dependable and did a great job. There was no mess left, and I am very satisfied. American Fence custom builds the fence to ensure it fits right. I do recommend them.
