This is my experience with A-1 fencing. I called one day back in June or July I believe it was . 6 months after my father died and I had just recently gotten involved in his company since being clean off drugs . Needless to say my dad had passed , people in his front office were past the age of retirement and were giving me a year to find someone to replace them . I called A1 fencing ans they sent someone out. I began talking with the younger guy and he too had his dad pass away at the same time as mine and was relating to me all the changes he went through and was goingthrough. This gave me a sigh of relief becauze i felt he knew where i was coming from and that i was hoping he would understand and not take my situation. Any less important than the other guy or the next customer . My assistant/gf who was kept in charge of communication between me and them whilst working , scheduling drop off of tires , writing invoices, changing the tires, ordering the tires for stock the shop, taking road side calls , and trying to plan for that . I was over whelmed and My shop looked a mess. I hired these guys to take a load of stress off of me and I did not get that . I paid $4000 for them to fix the fencing and in any part it needed . Especially the places where the barbed wire was broken or pulled down so it would help with security and the fence needed a tending to in different places due to just random things from over the years. I.E. a truck driver backing into the fence one time or where bolts had rusted and broke and let certain support pipes fall causing the fence to sag in a few places. the fence also was beginning to wash out from the rain and drainage . etc etc. I'll post the invoice aswell.. At first they begun telling me after i paid they wouldn't come out until we cleaned the fence off .😑 Which i thought was kinda the whole point I called them. The main reason I called them was to fix and get my gates and fencing around the shop looking nice and secure. I was over being over whelmed with everyone like my dad's employees, anyone who come by the shop or anyone in my personal life swell as family and friends or acquaintance that was and were my dads persoabl friends aswell. Business friends looking to me for answers and things while still really trying to deal with my dad's death aswell as having to replace the only 2 employees left that stood by my dad for 20+years who were now wanting to rightfully retire. Eventually I got enough time to clean the front fencing up and got a good bit of brush on the side fence. We called them to see when was they going to come either fix the fence finally or tighten the barbed wire the rest of the way or tell us SOMETHING. The person o. The phone asked us again had we gotten our trash of the fence and our fence cleaned. I realized then we weren't going to be treated fair or right and reasonable. I gave up then because it was all too much to stress over while loosing the 4000 I paid for this is and to be drug around too.... they then explained that the stuff on the gate /fence needed to be clear and all the weeds growing through the fence needed to be handled before they do anything and that they don't do that but they could send some people down too help but it would cost more .. This went back and forth a few messages til they sent 1 guy out in a truck with mailbox letter stickers that had A-1 Fencing stuck on the door and after he left my shop the fence still looked like the pictures below ... after several months have passed my fence is still in bad shape to the point of compromising my security of my business and livelihood. I still feel like I have been taken advatage of and Noone seems to care . I asked someone to come in and take the stress and work off of me so that I could be freed up for other things...what I got was more problems . Wasted money . Broken trust between business to business. Like seriously could you feel good knowing you paid 4000 to a co
