I am a residential home owner that hired Precision Gate and Security to install an electronic gate. They were recommended to me by several contractors. Chris Sparks was personable and professional and designed my gate to match perfectly with my existing gate. It did take awhile for the gate to be built due to supply chain issues; however, I am happy with the result. Unfortunately for me, a few weeks after the installation I had issues with the remotes. While super busy and in the midst of the holidays, Chris sent repair guys out to address an issue. The first time it was because I didn’t know how to reset the gate. He did not charge me for the service call. I appreciated the professionalism of the repair people explaining how to reset the gate should it happen again in the future. The second time I called because of an issue with the remotes, Chris personally came by to address the issue. He ordered a part that was under warranty with the manufacturer of the system and was prompt and professional in the repairs. I am grateful when businesses are good with follow up to their customers and are not just interested in installing the gates and leaving customers hanging when issues come up. This company cares about their customers and I highly recommend Precision Gates and Security for their excellent customer service.

I am ever grateful for Chris and the team at Precision Gate and Security. Installation was simple and efficient. Chris got us all set up even before we had wifi available on property. Chris has also fielded answers for us remotely and guided us through any questions and navigating the new system. Excellent company that I’m happy to continue to work with moving forward.

Chris at Precision Gate is a life saver. We were building a pool and needed a motorized gate asap. He came through for us so that we could meet all our permit and inspection deadlines. DONE in record time!!! The staff was reliable and the work was quality. I really liked that he answered his phone and responded to text messages right away. Not the next day.
