Michael and Jose delivered world class service and built an awesome fence. I would recommend the steel fence posts on a wooden fence. You can’t see the metal and they will never bend or warp.

Stay away from this company, It took them six times to get one small fence done on the side of my house. I had to clean up after thier workers every time. Blocks of wood, beer caps and chunks of concrete, they also left my hose out, even left garbage on top of my AC unit. I talked directly to one of the owers and he is cluless still defending his crew. Still wants me to pay full price unbelievable!

It’s unfortunate that I feel the need to write this, because we were happy with many aspects of the fence—the problem was after the fact refusal to fix a problem they created. Long story short, they installed a gate swinging the wrong way—into the parking area (and side of my truck) which I didn’t realize until they left and I had paid them. I asked them repeatedly to come switch it around, and they initially said they would. They committed to coming two separate times and never showed up with no follow up or communication. The salesman (Avery) started ignoring my texts about it, and even after I called the office they said Avery and Mr Cooper would make it a priority, I heard nothing more. After a month and a half of this, I finally just fixed it myself. If you hire them, make sure you check everything out before you pay them because it appears impossible to get them to come back and fix their own mistake once they have your $$$.

Installation crew was on time and worked hard even in the rain. The fence looks awesome. Avery was the best. Polite, knowledgeable and delivered on time as promised. Took the time to explain, walk through the process and followed up to assure satisfaction. Excellent team and product. Would highly recommend Cooper Fence and Avery to everyone.
