Horrible customer service. Never returned phone calls or email. I needed a 3 piece fence, and 4 posts. My friend had ordered the exact same fence and posts I needed. I sent an email with pics and no response. I called and talked to a girl, once again explained what I needed and that pics were in the email. She said she would tell the guys and get back to me. Never got a call. I called back again , and once again reiterated exactly what I needed, she once again said , she would tell the guys again. Again, no phone call or email returned to me. I called another fence company , the owner Chris said email me what you need. I got a quote within 2 hrs. This was on Tuesday. My husband went down on Wed morning, gave the deposit and Thursday we picked it all up. Best 1200.00 we spent and they deserved every cent for the quick response. However, FENCE ONE I would NEVER RECOMMEND. Go elsewhere!

The FenceOne team executed and exceeded our expectations. They were able to quickly quote us for the work and then install completed timely after. The crew on site was polite, and kept a clean working area, they even cleaned the fence when completed. The white vinyl is sturdy and feels high quality. This dressed up the property line, and gave us the additional privacy we needed. The pricing was reasonable. They have a great online platform that let's you check out quoting options self service. We would recommend FenceOne to anyone looking for a new fence.

Our fence has been in for about a month now and I still can't fully express how happy I am with the experience. Pricing was competitive with other local companies, but still the most affordable of the quotes we received. 2400 feet of fence with two single-gates and a double gate went up in a day and a half, the crew left essentially no trace that they had been there (aside from the fence), and it looks amazing. On the few days it hasn't rained since it was installed, we've had an absolute blast spending time in the backyard with no concern for the dogs getting loose or the local wildlife getting in. In addition to the fence itself, Nick and Greg were both absolutely lovely to work with (I did not get a chance to meet the rest of the crew but I imagine they're also stellar). They were flexible in their ability to meet with me prior to installation and made a point to come out after the fence was in to walk the perimeter and be sure that I was happy with the end product. They were extremely professional and personable during every interaction. Would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a fence.

I had a drive-thru swing gate damaged over the winter.I just recently retired from the post office and recalled seeing fence one signs up and around town. So I gave them a call to see if they could help me out. Nick reached out to me and stopped by to check out what i needed and sent me a quote via email , which I agreed to. A week later being last week Greg stopped by to see what actually had to be done and asked me if i had dogs,being that the whole backyard is fenced in. I replied no. He said good because he wanted to take the gate back to the shop and repair and return today, which he did and realigned the gates. Totally professional from the beginning to the completion of my experience. I highly recommend Fence One for your fencing needs.I will definitely use again and spread the word on their behalf.

I highly recommend Fence One for all your fencing needs. They installed vinyl 6 foot fencing and a drive through gate about a year and a half ago and I just had chain like fencing installed in another area of our yard. VERY professional, courteous and quick! My yard looks beautiful. Thank you Fence One.

Just got my backyard fence done with vinyl, 47 panels and a 10 ft gate. They removed 27 year old stockade fence and couldn't be happier ☺️ excellent job. Thanks for the beautiful job, highly recommend 👌

Absolutely thrilled with the job that was done. From the owner, to the salesman to the work crew everything was amazing. The fence is beautiful, makes my house look 1000x better. They were efficient as they set the whole fence in about 4 hours, came back a few days later to hang the gates to finish the job. Highly recommend!

Fence One was recommended by 2 neighbors who recently had fencing installed. Within a few weeks we had an estimate, a start date, and an installed fence. Al and Patrick were very professional, friendly, and easy to do business with. The crew did a great job with the install and clean up. The finished product looks great, we have privacy and our puppy has a secure area to bounce around. We would recommend Fence One.
