All of the positive reviews were not wrong. From start to finish the entire team was fantastic and demonstrated true professionalism. They reasonably set expectations with time to complete and price and they were on point with everything; I appreciate their full transparency. Communication was easy and Michelle was always quick to return an email or a text. My new floors look fantastic and the team that did the work was clean ... way less mess than we had anticipated. We had Custom Flooring Specialists complete the pre-finished hardwood on the main level our home and when we go to do the rest of our house they will be our first and only phone call.

They are very easy to do business with! The office team was always professional when I was in. They came out to the house to take all measurements and put together a preliminary invoice. The install was professional and ran into some complication on day 1, not their fault, but they laid everything out and gave us options. They got the job completed quicker than anticipated and our new floors look great! I’m new to the area and will recommend to friends and anyone who will ask. Thanks for the hard work and open communication.

Custom Flooring Specialists did a great job replacing my floors. Very dependable and trustworthy professionals. Remodeling is usually such a headache, but CFS was on top of it. I felt confident throughout the process and the result looks great. I highly recommend!

We are so happy with our floors they turned out amazing working with Michelle and her team was easy they were very transparent about what was done and how it was going to be done. Once we placed our deposit install came shortly after the guy knocked it out in a day and a half and his work was excellent, we couldn’t be happier with our floors and the work that he did. The custom flooring specialist gave our home what we needed and the perfect contrast for the house. Once again, we could not recommend them enough. We are over the moon with how happy and how beautiful her floors turned out.

Local company with VERY competitive and reasonable pricing. Used the holiday break from school to do an EXTENSIVE overhaul of our first floor with this locally-owned business. From start to finish, we were floored (ha) with the work ethic of every person that stepped in our home. The gentleman that tiled our kitchen-mudroom-powder room couldn't have been friendlier, more professional, or more skilled. The team of gents that came in to sand/refinish our existing hardwoods routinely stayed until the job was done. It was impressive! Before (dark) & after (blue-gray) pics of hardwood floor included.

We purchased our home one year ago today. We immediately reached out for information on lacing in new hardwoods with existing hardwoods. While they were a bit pricey, they were worth every penny and the team was a pleasure to work with. Being first time homeowners, we were nervous about the investment but we are so happy with the outcome. The work began quickly, stayed on schedule, and the quality of the work is superb. They also did a great job of communicating throughout the process. We highly recommend this organization.

After a fiasco with some other company that was supposed to install our hardwood (after a botched carpet installation), we gave searching for a company to do our hardwood installation. After 4 quotes, we finally settled on CFS due to their professionalism and fair cost. And I’m so glad we did. Michelle was great and really easy to communicate with over text, phone or email - which really makes the process smooth. Our installation itself was super great. The team made it seem like a breeze. They worked around everything and made sure to protect our stuff and furniture as they went. Even as they moved the furniture onto the hardwood, they added felt pads to protect the floor. Our installation team even asked us questions as they went to make sure we were happy with how it was going or to see how we would want something installed that might be a big deal. Very happy with the results and the process. Would highly recommend CFS!

We were looking to replace our old carpet with hardwood and custom flooring did a great job in installing the new flooring. Michelle was very accommodating, went above and beyond to make sure we get the finish and wood of our choice. She patiently walked us through our options and was very thorough in taking measurements and providing the quote (our quote is what we paid, no hidden charges!) Their showroom in Arvada had good and unique selection that we hadn’t seen in big box stores. Install and finish workmanship was great. Highly recommend them, we love our new floors!
