The quality and professionalism of the Wood Wise team doing the work of installing new flooring, their ability and interest explaining steps in the process and unwavering good cheer was awesome to experience. There was never any misunderstanding about the scope of the project, thanks to the work contract which clearly and forthrightly listed what would and would not be part of the job. And how fun to see the boss come over for a few hours to help, to see how comfortable and collegial the atmosphere was, how they enjoyed having him there pitching in! After a while it became clear that this is a group of people who have worked together for a long time, honing their skills, with each part of the job from sales, to bookkeeping, scheduling, to installation and completion working like interlocking parts of a well-lubricated process.

Had I known they were so awesome in terms of scheduling, actually performing the amazing, high quality work and having such wonderful people on their team - I would have scheduled a year ago! Wow! Just Wow! I am beyond impressed at how my existing floors are brought back to life and weaved in with new floors. WoodWise of Boulder took great care of us.
