Chris the store manager patiently showed me an abundance of samples for choice. He worked with me for installation date and cost. He even gave me a wonderful clean-up kit! He was always available for me. Dustin Huckaby lead the installation professionally and with customer service. (I expect perfection.) He always worked through challenges with positive results. Our floor is beautiful!

We have been waiting for floors to be installed for almost 3 months. Every other day we're told it will be today or tomorrow. We even get told they're on the way and no one shows up. Hoping for reimbursement of the $15,0000 they got up front for the job but with all the lies we've been fed since day one it's hard to know what will happen. Would happily share screen shots of countless texts saying we'll be there in 15 minutes and no one shows.

I ordered flooring months in advance of my remodel and never got the flooring. They never could find my invoices or even get me the color I choose very unorganized. I got excuse after excuse I finally had to order from someone else. They will not refund the money on the flooring I bought so now I am out over $900. had to spend over 4k on new flooring instead of just ordering the same flooring I had before for the small space I had to do.

The Carpet Center replaced every inch of flooring in my house with new carpet and vinyl plank and also put in a new tile shower. From the first contact to the end of the project Rusty was very helpful and professional. He is honest, personable and was definitely a calming influence! The installation crew did a great job on everything and dealt with the inevitable issues that arise when remodeling an older home. I really enjoyed having Darren, Vince and Candy around.
