She was so helpful in making sure she understood our need and made suggestions accordingly. We were also very pleasantly surprised with the pricing, efficiency of purchasing, and scheduling the installation. When you need flooring, this is the place to start (and finish)!

Our experience with purchasing our flooring started out WONDERFUL. Cassandra was knowledgeable & professional and not pushy. Then the experience turned bad. As to no fault of Cassandra or American Wholesale, however the product manufacturers was at fault. The whole time Cassandra showed concern for our plight. Fought for us with the vendor & manufacturer and prevail. We waited patiently and all got resolved. We LOVE love the end results

I had a great experience at American Wholesale Floors. They have a nice selection of any type of tile you can imagine. I came in looking for backsplash tile for my kitchen. Cassandra assisted with showing me different options that would match my kitchen. She is very knowledgeable and has a great eye for design. I highly recommend if you want the best selection and knowledgeable staff. Also thanks to Zach for delivering my grout.

I went with American Wholesale Floors to replace all of the carpeted areas in my home with a great Shaw LVP. They had the exact product I was looking for and we’re able to source it in a timely manner. Their installer did a fantastic job with the install, ensuring the entire area was perfectly leveled before placing the floor. I even had them pull up the baseboards and place them flush with the new floor install. The install team also found a builder defect in my home where the builder punctured a hot water line with a baseboard nail and prevented me from having costly flooding problems down the road. They quickly turned off the water after the problem was found and allowed me to get a plumber to fix the issue. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

I purchased the Tuftex - Edison Maple - Secretariat and couldn't be happier with the way the room turned out. I purchased these back in February and they sat in a corner till I finally had time to install. Cassandra helped me out and she was so incredibly patient and helpful. I went in a few days swapping out samples before I decided which floors I wanted. She is super knowledgeable and was able to guide me along the way as I know nothing about wood floors.
