I received the most excellent service from walking through the door to the completion of my flooring project. Sarah helped me with deciding on flooring and back splash tile, however all the sales people were most helpful when Sarah was not there. They were very communicative and responsive to all my requests. I would highly recommend using this company for any future renovations!

Jessica handled our recent flooring purchase along with the installation. Great company to work with. Found the whole team to be very professional and things were accomplished on time and as they said they would be. Steve was easy to work with and gave us a reasonable quote. Bill the scheduler gave us the date and time we wanted. The installers were early and did a great job on our carpet install. We could not be happier with Mike's Flooring and Design Center. This wasn't our first time using them and it won't be our last.

I had an enjoyable experience when buying window treatments from Mikes flooring and design in Fenwick Island DE. They took the time to travel to Chester Md to measure and then return to install beautiful window treatments. We are pleased with the results.

After being ghosted by another company, the team at Mike’s restored our faith in the process. Jodi was very helpful with the selection process and set up of our new LVF in our condo. Special shout out to the installers, Ed and Cleo, who showed up three days in a row at the exact time as planned. Their work ethic and desire to please was only surpassed by their craftsmanship. Job well done

We purchased both LVP and carpeting from Mike's in connection with a remodel of our Bethany vacation home last year. The products are extremely good, the installation was done on time and was flawless, and working with Jodi was a real pleasure. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient during the selection process, and came to our home several times to make sure the installation could proceed as smoothly as possible, which it did. We have just returned to Mikes to purchase tile for a kitchen backsplash, and look forward to working with Jodi again.

Recently had 3 rooms of gross carpeting replaced by vinyl planks. We entered this as total rookies but Jodi was very helpful in guiding us through the process. Install team were very good and our floors look amazing
