Absolute super company to work with! Highly recommend using them. We purchased two rooms of carpet and had to schedule the install at different intervals and they handled the scheduling perfectly. During 2nd install the new carpet was found to have been punctured by an object after it was laid! Installer made owners aware of issue immediately and we had visits from both co-owners to insure it would all be reordered promptly and replaced. Most important take away for us was when the problem arose they didn't hesitate. Would refer them without reservation!

We had Your Floors, INC. to replace hardwood in three rooms: Living, Dining and Den. A severe amount of "squeaking" was going on with these floors. The Company worked hard to eliminate the squeaks as they installed new flooring, by using a significant amount of screws to secure the plywood to the subfloooring. "NO SQUEAKS". We also had old grout taken up and replaced in the kitchen. Not an easy job, but completed with patience and great care! How absolutely refreshing to find a company that truly cares about their customers complete satisfaction. I cannot sing enough good praises about the owners and staff. The owners stopped by often to make sure everything was going well. The installers worked hard and diligently, very easy to have in our home. This company really cares about making their customers happy. We are more than impressed!! I LOVE my new floors, they are BEAUTIFUL!!

We just had our floors redone by this business and had a WONDERFUL experience! Missy was prompt to respond, spoke highly of her crew and was very easy to work with throughout the job. There were 2 crews that came to the house -one for flooring and another for carpet. Both crews showed up when promised, worked very efficiently, and completed a fantastic job. Everyone involved in this project was hard working and made it a pleasant experience. I HIGHLY recommend them for any flooring need!

From the sales team to the install team, they were all great, professional and knowledgeable. The install team is amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and a great team working together and just make the experience of having the floors redone less stressful

I highly recommend Your Floors. As a Realtor, I have the privilege of working with many contractors and find Your Floors to be above and beyond the competition. We hired Your Floors to replace 3 bathroom floors and the elevator floor in our office. Not only did they do exactly as they said they would do, the owner also stopped in while the guys were working to make sure everything was going as expected. My Floors replaced carpeting in a bedroom in my house 07/30/2023....It was a terrific experience, selection of carpeting in their showroom was fantastic, super friendly sales people and installation was awesome. Missy and the team at Your Floors was so patient with me. I had so many ideas and kept changing my mind and they helped pull it together. Their onsite team - top notch. The tile installer, Gustavo - amazingly talented and does beautiful work. Such attention to detail and doesn't "cut" corners. I couldn't be happier with the end results.
