They helped us choose the best product for us, recommended some great installers, answered all our questions along the way, and were easy to work with when we needed to make some changes mid-project. We love how our floor turned out and would definitely recommend them to our friends.

My order arrived late, told different stories regarding delivery time, then one of the very flimsy boxes was broken open, had been wrapped with plastic, was missing some planks and project could not be completed. The people I spoke to in the stores/online, suggested I was lying and declined speaking to the professional installer for verification. A third person said she would try to get a solution, never heard back from anyone. Do not recommend, not reliable, no customer service, they didn't care that their packaging was so inferior. Buy elsewhere!

I had been very disappointed in the "Big Box" stores in Grand Junction when looking for flooring. Then went to LL Flooring & was in & out in 10 minutes. They were courteous & efficient & willing to work with me on receipt of the product for our new construction. They had lots of samples on the showroom floor & their prices were great! Highly recommended!
