LL Flooring

Many options for a great price. They were a good bit cheaper than the big home project stores in town and had a larger selection. Their price also couldn't be beat. Sales clerks were ready to help with anything I needed without hovering or pushing me into something I didn't want. I would highly recommend checking them out for your flooring needs.

We purchased Bellwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators-LL flooring in July 2023. We ordered enough flooring for our entire home, because we had water damage on our existing floors that could not be repaired. After continual delays the wood finally came in and the certified installer began installation. After a short time, large gaps between the planks became evident and the installation ended. We contacted LL repeatedly and were told numerous lies. Most of the flooring still sits in my home untouched 6 months later because the installer measured the boards and determined the Bellawood flooring that we paid over $7.00 a sq foot for was milled incorrectly, and not the appropriate width. Finally LL determined the flooring would be replaced through the warranty, but here we are 6 months later, still not living in our home without the replacement flooring. Each time we contact them it will be replaced the next business day and then on that day it will just be 3-5 more business days. Their. Customer service is anything but customer oriented and a complete joke. Buyer Beware, I generally like to work things out with the store but after months to no avail, I feel buyers should know about this company! The local store manager Eric, has stated he cannot help us the problem is the corporate office and we are always just waiting on them. After 6 months enough is enough!

Excellent quality, availability, service and selection. Absolutely will use L&L again. Best prices we could find anywhere, including online. Professional, courteous staff. Could not be happier with the experience.

As a real estate investor (flipper), I by flooring for just about every house I flip. I compared prices from both box stores, and another national brand flooring store, and then LL Flooring for various options for flooring materials, and LL Flooring was by far the best 1) prices, 2) inventory, and 3) knowledgeable sales people. Eric and his staff are simply AWESOME!! I can't see me shopping anywhere else for flooring. Except, their selection for LVT is not what I would hope, but neither is anybody else in town.

Decent prices, great sales, and really nice flooring options! Deaunte was extremely helpful in getting us price quotes and recommending flooring solutions. Both associates in the store were very polite and patient even when I was indecisive! I really appreciate a good business experience with the salespeople. Definitely will return whenever we update our floors!

Carlos and crew did a great job installing our new floors. We love them! Went with vinyl plank.

The manager, Eric, is phenomenal. He answered all our questions and advised us so that we had the best option for our house...He didn't push us to get the most expensive, but recommended the best option for us. I was also helped by Will, quite a lot, and he was superb
