Job well done on our kitchen floor. From the very beginning Simon was very attentive, communicated constantly throughout the process. Presented a fair price and was flexible on when we needed project started. Quality of job was outstanding and follow up by Simon to ensure we were satisfied was much appreciated. I would say I'm pretty happy with my floors. I love the color and feel of the floors on my first level and stairs. Simon and his crew along with Ms. Yerlin were very accommodating and made sure things were done properly. I would have given 5 stars, but a couple of things I'm not too happy about. One, I wish more could be done with my stairs. They are squeaky and 1 or 2 pop up when I walk. And even though this floor is supposed to be scratch resistance, there's this white streak or scratch in the picture that I can't seem to get rid of. But overall, I would recommend trending floors and would use them again in the future!

I wish I had the great experience that others are talking about but I'm so disappointed. We asked to have laminate floorsinstalled. It was put down so poorlyI that they came back for repairs 3 times and and this is the best they could do. The carpet in my bedroom has a huge line in the entry way because they didn't know to cut the carpet towards the back. The flooring was chipped throughout pieces here and there. There's a full crack By my kitchen island. They had to come out to repair the the edging on the floor because it was put in incorrectly and they used the wrong one but they didn't bother change it, Just paint to match because before they had white edging on a Brown cabinet. I spent thousands of dollars and I know I have to redo it sooner rather than later. I caled and complained immediately and she did answer and attempt to fix it buteven the last contractor flat out said the floors were installed wrong. I would never recommend this company.
