Completely Floored

I worked with Ross and Completely Floored for the flooring in my new home by Asher Homes, and couldn't be more pleased. Ross advised on the various kinds of flooring, was patient as I checked out several samples several times, and helped answer all my questions. The installation looks amazing, and I love the look, feel, and quality of the luxury vinyl plank I chose. Would highly recommend.

My experience from start to finish was wonderful. Bonnie helped me through the entire process and her communication was excellent. The installers (Michael) were professional, on time, and their workmanship is perfect. Thank you!

They ordered me a product which what was not as described (doesn’t exist-but they said it did). When it arrived wrong, they charged me 1/3 of the overall cost to return it even though “they” ordered the wrong product. Thanks for that. Take your money somewhere else. I’m a contractor and have worked in this area for 20 years and have never had this happen.

I worked with Ross to remove the carpet in three of my bedrooms after moving into a new house. Replaced the carpet in two of the rooms and converted to a wood floor in the third room. Very happy with the communication and professionalism of everyone I spoke with. Moses did a fabulous job replacing the carpet. Wood was delivered today to finish the third room. I'm sure I will be delighted with the results.

I obtained a bid from this company as well as two other tile companies in the Rogue Valley to do a rather large tile job in my Medford home. I was “completely floored” to get an estimate $4000 more than Color Tile for the same tile and same square footage. The person at completely floored told me you get what you pay for as if Color Tile subcontractors are inferior to the installers through completely Floored. That was a lie because the installers are often the same people they do the work for the product companies. Guess they thought I was stupid to think their overpriced bid of $4000 more was going to get something better than what I got. Color tiles installer was a perfectionist. I got the best job anyone could ever get. Shop around people. Completely Floored tried to gouge me.

We are attaching pictures showing a Completely Floored carpet installation at our home. We were disappointed by the result. After a home visit and viewing several pictures, Completely Floored said this was an acceptable installation. We were very surprised to hear that response. We respectfully disagree. We wonder if most customers would feel this was acceptable after spending so much on carpeting. If Completely Floored had shown us pictures like this prior to installation, we would have made a different buying decision. The company said the next step for us was to have an inspector offer their opinion and proceed from there.

Completely Floored did beautiful, flawless work on my new floors a couple of months ago. Everything was done as they said it would be. I could not be happier with the results. Everyone involved was on time and the communication was great. I highly recommend this company for great quality that you can trust!

So far, the flooring is just being ordered. However, Ross has been great to work with. He's gone out of his way to come to my Ashland home, show samples, and has been supportive of my individual needs and concerns. I'll review again once cork flooring is installed which I am looking forward to having underfoot.
