A family member recommended Carol's Carpet for new floors after a plumbing issue. Our consultant, Debra, took the time to understand our needs and helped identify the right flooring for our taste, needs and budget. She made a stressful experience bearable and a few weeks later I have beautiful floors I'm proud of!

Carol's Carpet is AWESOME! Our salesperson Tony McCarthy did an outstanding job from beginning to end of our granite countertops and backsplash purchase. Though there was a mix up concerning the countertops initially, the Manager and Tony worked diligently to get our order corrected in a timely manner. We are very pleased with everything! OUTSTANDING. Folks, Carol’s Carpet once again, has exceeded our expectations! We recently made a serious error in buying our own porcelain tile for a Foyer upgrade. We used the recommended contractor from the flooring store. They literally destroyed the Foyer and would not answer our phone calls to backup what they called a lifetime warranty on workmanship. Tony McCarthy and Carol’s to the rescue! They not only took up that mess of a Foyer, but replaced it correctly very quickly. They also installed new laminate flooring throughout our home. The installers were very professional and SO respectful towards us. Tony maintained constant contact with us, gave expert advice and kept us informed of the process from start to finish. Thank you Tony and thank you Carol’s for our lovely upgrades. Once again, OUTSTANDING!

I just want to say that not all heroes wear capes and the people of Carol’s Carpet are definitely proof. Here’s my story: I am in the process of starting my own business and had renovated my store front to prepare for an upcoming inspection. Nearing the end of completion of the renovations I had a local contractor that would be installing coilbase trim for flooring stop showing up/ communicating with me. I was devastated because payments were already completed (5300.00). I went to the business to get some kind of understanding. I was greeted by a locked door with the contractor staring at me with no intention of opening the door. I felt cheated. As I got back into my car to return to my storefront I saw that Carol’s Carpet was open. Once inside, I was greeted by Kellie and I told her my story as I ugly cried. The amount of empathy I received was immense. They were professional and prompt. The installer was very knowledgeable about the product he installed.They saved my inspection and my sanity. Due to the professionalism of Kellie and her team, I passed my inspection this morning! Tony took very good care of us through the entire process of having our kitchen counters replaced and backsplash added! I’m in love with my brand new kitchen! The guys who installed were super friendly and hard working!!

These folks have a high rating for a reason. Kellie perfectly matched a 16 year old Brazilian Cherry in the rest of our home for our living room reno. Installers are top notch, showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. Look no further for your flooring needs.

Our church had a pipe burst and it flooded half of our sanctuary on a Saturday. The workers were quick, efficient and they expedited the work, so it was completed before our next Sunday service!
