Bob's Carpet & Flooring

Will definitely use again without a giving it a second thought! Now that that's out of the way lets talk about what went wrong - Nothing! I recently had 3 rooms done by Bob's and I have another that I want done; it doesn't need it but that's how much I'm willing to do business with them again. Mike, my designer, was beyond friendly and knowledgeable, ensured I selected the right floor for the right purpose and provided samples for me to take home; you will need a trunk! You rarely come across people these days that care about what they do and when I find them, I throw them in my toolkit. Thank you to Mike who allowed me to ramble incessantly about absolutely nothing related to floors and to Alyssa for keeping me informed every step of the way. Installers were phenomenal, friendly and SUPER FAST! I added them to my toolkit as well. Truly an incredible HUMAN experience from start to finish and I'm beyond pleased with the result. A big thank you to all who had a hand increasing the beauty and value of my home, I'm much appreciative! Final 2 cents, if you focus more on building a relationship with people you meet rather than treating them as a service to you, you too may find that your results will exceed your expectations.

Can't say enough about the folks at Bob's Carpet In Ocala. Mike was helpful selecting and measuring Carpet and Planked Vinyl. He sent a 4 man crew to do the tearout and installation, not to mention moving the furniture, and we had a Lot.. They were able to come in ahead of schedule and made the price where we could afford it. 👍

Working with Mike Williams and Shawn Haring at Bob’s Carpet and Flooring in Ocala has been a 5-star experience. Both offered friendly and professional assistance as I was working with a contractor, not hired through Bob’s, to replace the flooring in my house heavily damaged by Hurricane Idalia. I located the luxury vinyl plank I wanted to use in Florida while at my home in the Northeast. Mike worked with me to secure the order and arrange for pick up by my contractor. He handled all the details, and the transaction went smoothly. When I needed an extra box of flooring, Shawn worked quickly to process an order so the contractor could keep working on the job. And, when I needed two transitions, Mike was there again to assist. When I phoned to ask a question about how to repair a dent in the flooring, an idea was readily given and described in detail. I had the pleasure of meeting both Mike and Shawn now that I am in Florida. I want to my extend my heartfelt thanks to them for everything they did to make this part of the rebuild as easy as possible. I highly recommend Bob’s Carpet and Flooring based on the service Mike and Shawn provided and would look forward to working with them again if I have flooring needs in the future.

Bob's Carpet and Flooring did a great job on our floors! They arrived at the time they said they would and got the job done. We had three rooms done in a luxury vinyl and it looks amazing. They were very professional and cleaned up when the job was finished. They also moved our heavy pieces of furniture and moved it all back! We would definitely recommend Bob's Carpet and Flooring!!

Spent 10k got a horrible job and brought it to there attention a few times. They came out to look at it and never fixed it correctly. If you are looking for quality work go elsewhere.... 1 star Is far-fetched I'd give a negative star if possible. Got plenty more pictures if anyone is curious. I even have one where you can see the concrete in the corner.... That just screams professionalism (heavy sarcasm) Word to the wise save your money and go somewhere that takes care of the customers.... Bob's don't!

From purchase to demo to install, our experience with Bob's Carpet and Flooring was exceptional. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional. Timelines were exceed and Alicia kept in constant contact with us through out the process. We LOVE our new vinyl plank flooring and would highly recommend Bob's! Ask for Mike in the showroom - he is the BEST!
