Clayton and team installed many blinds inside our house. The product is phenomenal and on top of that the company is professional, responsive, and helpful. Everyone on their team has been a delight to work with. We also had one blind get torn and they were quick to order/install the replacement.

We are so happy with our experience at 1st Street Flooring. Most important is the service and consideration we were afforded when and installation error occurred in the carpet. After initial install there was a seam that showed and was not acceptable to us, the installer, or store manager. Certainly something that can happen. Every indication from 1st street and their employees is that they would do whatever was necessary to make this project acceptable to us. That is exactly what they did. The correction required a reinstall of new carpet in one room and a reworking of a seam in another. This was all completed at no additional expense to us. Pip and her team helped us really put an exclamation point on our home! The chartreuse marmoleum makes us happy everyday and the amazing blue tile in the main bath is like walking on water!

Outstanding! They installed a carpet for us in a room that used to be a wood shop. The walls were far from square and they did a fantastic job in making it look beautiful. We had one minor issue and even though we're up on CR162 they came right out and fixed it to perfection. Great prices, great service, great people...what's not to like??
