Solana Flooring

We had LVF put in our entire townhome a little over a year ago and are so happy with them. I highly recommend Solana Flooring. They are honest, timely, and professional. They have so many wonderful options for flooring and their showroom is in such a great location.

Solana Flooring did an expert installation of Mamre Cascades oak throughout my home five years ago. To prepare, they made sure the surface was perfectly level, which meant grinding the 1968 cement slab in a few spots. Their thoroughness so impressed my general contractor, he told me he wished they worked for HIM! For some recent home repairs, painters had used blue 3M masking tape to tape Ram Board down throughout, to protect the wood floor. Weeks later, when the Ram Board was finally removed, I could see stripes of of sticky tape residue on my lovely wood floor. Aargh!! I tried several home methods, but it just would not come off. I didn’t want to risk damaging the floor with steel wool. So I called Solana Flooring. The owner, Mik, came over that very day to take a look. The next day, two of his workers arrived, inspected the areas, and applied a specialized, professional oil product, rubbing the areas with a soft cloth. Every bit of the adhesive is gone, and my floor looks great. Professional, personalized installation and floor care – that’s Solana Flooring.

They just did a fantastic job reflooring our house. Not only is the craftsmanship top notch, they also provide something that's hard to come by lately - great customer service throughout the entire process. And they worked with my wife and I to stay within our budget. They did so good in fact, a family member decided to refloor their entire home using Solana Flooring. 5 stars no doubt.

Solana Flooring are professional perfectionists; as a retired dentist I appreciate that. From the design phase to final installation every step was completed with care, attention to detail and completed on time. They treated us and our house with respect, cleaning up with care like we actually lived there. When the painter arrived he was so impressed with the fit and finish he wanted to know who it was so he could refer to them because it made his job easy. We could not be more pleased with our new floor.

Five stars aren’t enough for us to rate Solana Flooring. We had them install luxury vinyl plank flooring and new baseboards throughout our two-story home. Dave Bone, the flooring specialist who runs the showroom and Mik Sziros, owner and head of the installation team (Elias and Gabriel) did an outstanding job. With a great attitude, these friendly and professional flooring experts created a great new look for our home. From start to finish, their attention to detail, meticulous work and cleanup more than met our expectations. Highly recommended!

We had Solana Flooring install hardwood and carpeting throughout our house. They did an awesome job from the design to the installation. We were about to make several design mistakes which Dave and Mik corrected. The engineered wood that we selected is beautiful. Installing new flooring is a hassle. Mik and his crew made moving everything as easy as possible. The prep work they did was amazing. This flooring will last a long time.
