After getting several bids, it was our good fortune to choose West Coast Flooring in Solana Beach to replace our laminate with engineered wood after a kitchen leak. We were glad to choose such a reputable company( family owned business for 25 years in San Diego )and could count on a seasoned veteran flooring team led by Ferris to install. I felt like Kelley and everyone at West Coast helped me through the whole process and there was no pressure to purchase. It was exceptional customer service. The best. Once I ordered my carpet, the process went smoothly. I was kept informed of delivery and install dates. Installation was done by Gary and was meticulous. We had West Coast do the new lvp downstairs and carpeting upstairs. Kelley was great to work with. Very efficient, knowledgeable and followed up. She even went out of her way to get a manufacturer's discount. The installers were punctual and did a good job.

Tyler and his team are so awesome! We had them do our floors back in 2015. We had a flood in August 2019 and we knew just who to call for new floors. We are definitely customers for life!
