I worked with Bill and his team (sons actually I believe) about 3 years ago. He came and gave us a good run down of what work would be done and the length of time it would take. His work is immaculate. 3 years later and my floors still shine. He was in and out exactly as he said he would be with no interruptions in work. Very nice guys. I've tried to contact again recently but to no avail. Hope he and his team are well.
