All Surface Cleaning – Portland Roof & Gutter Cleaning Services Company

All Surface Cleaning was recommended to me by my contractor for a backed-up gutter and roof cleaning. They were really wonderful from beginning to end. Some of the most competent people picking up the phone to handle scheduling/billing details, Jonathan was prompt and quick to provide an estimate, and the crew did a great job on my gutters, roof and siding. Thank you so much! Also funny, it ended up my partner had also hired them to clean his roof in a prior year and had an equally great experience. With all the word-of-mouth recommendations and personal experience, I would definitely hire them again.

Had an 18 ft. Sunsetter Awning installed .Awning was mounted to the edge of my roof. A lot of drilling, screwing and caulking. Everything went well. Jorge, Jose and Brayan were very professional . Even with 3 people who knew what they were doing ,this job took 2 1/2 hours. The product looks and works great . The initial sales person Jonathan Taylor was also very good. He showed us what was available, and we decided what we needed and he gave us a no pressure price. He even went over any manufacture rebates that would influence our choice in options. The fact of the matter is All Surface Roofing and Cleaning is the only official Sunsetter dealer/installer in the Portland area, so if you want a Sunsetter brand, you have to go through them. What's nice is, they are really good, from the sales, to the back office to the guys who come and install this bulky product.

Update: I have to revise my initial 5 star review. Several of my mature plants under the front roof line have been severly damaged by the cleaning. Despite asking the scheduling lady multiple times about protecting my beloved garden bed under the roof, I have not been warned of potential chemical damage, nobody suggested or did tarp the plants, the plants were not wetted before the cleaning process... my big beautiful, loaded with buds, hydrangea is consistently losing its browning leaves, the mature tulip magnolia has brown leave edges and lost most flowers within the day, the Japanese maple and smaller plants show severe damage. I mentioned this to the company and received an apology for it happening, but nothing else. Alberto, Cesar and Julio cleaned our metal roof very professionally. It was a big job and they stayed for a long day, came back the next morning to finish up. Good work ethic, and good spirit (I heard a short singing of "I believe I can fly " from my roof top :-) ). Highly recommend this crew!

Giovani & Jimmy did a great job on cleaning the moss from our roof. They actually arrived early! They were respectful of our property, did a thorough clean up (decks & windows etc. were cleaner than when they started :) as they rinsed off and collected debris when they were done). All in all, I would recommend this company.

All Surface Cleaning Company is a very reliable company. We called for an estimate and they were out within a day and their prices were reasonable. We had them clean and treat our roof and also pressure washing our arbors. Frank and Domingo did an EXCELLENT job on both projects. They cleaned up around our house after they were done and our arbors that were built in 1999 look brand new. I would definitely use this company for your outdoor projects.

I don’t normally post reviews but I believe the work this crew did deserves recognition. The crew was Alberto, Jase, Cesar & Julian. They cleaned our gutters, inside & outside, cleaned moss & algae off the roof & treated the roof. All was done very professionally. The cleaned up after completing the work & washed the house & windows after to ensure nothing remained. Would definitely use them again.

All Surface Cleaning did a fantastic job. My roof looks great. They even took care of cleaning up around where a lot of the debris fell so my driveway was actually cleaner than when they arrived. Alberto and Domingo were quick and efficient and friendly. The scheduling process was easy. I will definitely hire them again.

Greg, Brayan and Cesar just completed a much needed roof and gutter cleaning on our home. They were efficient and thorough. They even sealed a couple leaks. Greg took the time to review the work order with me as previously agreed upon during the first estimate from Jason. Greg even made sure to point out a new possible French drain clog issue and helped install an extension I had in the garage. Friendly, honest and professional team. Our roof is very steep and most of the ladder access points are extremely challenging. They even cleaned up all the debris that was sprayed around. Worth every penny!
