Paramount Seamless Gutters

We used Paramount gutters four years ago to install gutters and downspouts. Last year I noticed during the rain season that two leaks had developed on my rear corners of our house. I saw them the other day doing an installation on my street that I recommended to the owner and asked if they could look at them they said absolutely. Today the doorbell rings and its Paramount here to recalk the Coners like they promised. You can't ask for a better company if you need gutters installed they stand behind their work.

Great company, from the owner to the workers installing the gutters everything was smooth as butter! No stress, no hassle! Customer service is outstanding, which is almost non-existent these days. Sam, the owner, was honest and straightforward. He is a great problem solver and stands by his work. He even phoned a day after the work to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend!

We hired Paramount Seamless Gutters to install gutters on our new home. We learned about the company from my parents who hired Paramount to install their gutters about a year ago, and spoke very highly of Sam and his team. When I called Sam to inquire about a quote, he made an appointment and was out to us within a few days. He walked around the house with my wife first, and learned about what she was looking for and made recommendations within the guidelines she set. He showed product options, but didn't push anything or try to upsell. I arrived to the meeting a bit late due to work commitments, but Sam waited for me to arrive so he could explain the written quote he made with my wife to me and answer any questions I had. The total cost of the quote was very reasonable, and honestly quite a bit less than what I was expecting. Needless to say, we hired him on the spot for our gutter install. Within a day or two, we had the installation appointment date. Furthermore, Sam had a worker out the very next day to dig a channel under our sidewalk and install a hose and drain box to redirect water from an area where a simple downspout wouldn't have sufficiently directed water away from the house. On the day of our appointment, the work crew arrived on time and Brandon, the team lead, came to introduce himself and confirm the work he would be getting done. The team worked tirelessly until the entire job was complete, and Brandon came to report completion and walk me around to inspect the finished job. Quality of workmanship was top notch, and I could see the pride the team took in making sure that every detail looked excellent and professionally done. Brandon explained how some of the more complex areas of the system would work, and made sure I didn't have any problems with the job, or questions. The team cleaned up the worksite and, other than the beautiful new gutters installed on my home, you would never even know they had been there. Two days later, Sam called to check on our satisfaction with the work and asked us to call him specifically if we had any questions or issues. He also made some recommendations about how to ensure the heavy downpours don't wash away the fill sand still present around the new house.
