Valley Contracting, Gutter Installation & Repair

Had a roof leak and two handymen were no shows. I didn’t know they were being blocked from coming out because I was meant to have the absolute best in the business, Valley Contracting .. John, the owner came out, early, not late with a bunch of excuses (like the handymen); took him 30 seconds to get up on the roof, look around, take pictures for me, descend and say the roof’s “destroyed”.. it was really bad .. he quoted $11,000 on the spot. No waiting for a week for an estimate. The price was solid and so is John. This was on May 15. We shook hands on a deal (remember those days!!) and the following Tuesday, the 23rd, John and his brothers (family owned business) promptly arrived at 8am. At 12:40pm, the check was in John’s hand and we hugged. I KNEW God sent him to me .. who thinks about a new roof until they absolutely have to, and that’s usually via a leak-! That was me.. I’m retiring in a few months and I believe wholeheartedly that my Lord and Savior wanted THAT job off my back before retirement-!! Here’s the best part.. a week after the roof was completed, I noticed my thermostat was at 81, but all my doors and windows were wide open and it was 95 outside!! I thought my thermostat was broken.. I called John and he laughed that strong Irish laugh and said that’s because of the new roof.. I almost fell over; the house was almost 15 degrees cooler and that was with the doors/windows OPEN !! I wish I had ten roofs and all the money it would take to reroof then because of who Valley Contracting is ..solid, decent, young strong men who love their country, God and their family. Bonded, licensed, zero complaints (not even a resolved complaint listed), been in business for years .. if you’re in the market for a new roof, or repair, you will NEVER have a reason to regret choosing them.. They are the best, not only because of the absolute master class work they do, but because of who they are .. the epitome of decency and integrity.. love them ..

Valley Contracting did a good job in stopping the rain from wetting my window sill that I have been trying to solve from quite sometime now. No matter how strong the rain has been pouring lately, my window frame remained dry. So they were able to deviate the away from coming in to my window. Good job!

Great family owned and operated company. Same day service for the estimate and six days later our gutters are all installed and ready to go. Nice, clean, professional installation with a few extra panels to divert water flow. Can’t wait for rain to try them out. Thanks guys.

We had an emergent issue and John reached out on a Sunday and showed up on Monday. He provided an estimate on the spot and was able to schedule the work on the spot.
