We have already personally apologized to you, but we don't understand why you are seeking online platforms to tarnish our company's reputation. Our company has been in the market for over 15 years and has served more than 1200 clients in San Mateo County. With utmost sensitivity and respect, we request that you refrain from posting further complaints about the incident, as we are unsure of what else we can do beyond apologizing. If you would like to talk about the matter more with our management, we are very happy to offer our apologies once again. Please reflect on the situation and de-escalate this issue.
