Although it has been 6 years now, that was a very difficult time for our family. A member of which spent nearly 3 months battling an terminal illness. A battle that was ultimately lost. I am very sorry for the costumers that were inconvenienced during that difficult time, yourself included. It is only by the grace of God, and the support of my family that this business was able to survive that experience, and we're still here today. I apologize that it took me so long to get back to your downspouts, grateful for the opportunity to serve you, and regret that l was unable to provide the service that you deserved during that difficult time.
