Home Smiles cleaned the gutters on my two story house in El Granada. They were on time, prepared to do the job and professional,. They cleaned up after the work was finished and even took time to rearrange the rocks on the outside table so everything was in place. To echo others, the whole experience from start to finish was excellent! They responded quickly to my quote request and an estimator came out within a few days. On the day of service, I received a text 30 minutes before the crew arrived and then Eric and team worked thoroughly and carefully until complete. Later that evening, I discovered that there were a few streaks on one of the windows. I let the owner, Jose, know and he himself came out a few days later to take care of it. Jose brought one of his new hires with him and I was really impressed at the way that Jose shared tips and tricks for safely climbing the ladder and where to place it. I also learned about Jose's journey starting and growing the business. It's always nice to support locally owned businesses. I would highly recommend Homesmiles to anyone!

As a new home owner, Homesmiles was the perfect service for me! I booked with them on their website and quickly got a call to confirm the time & place. The Homesmiles team arrived promptly on time and were very professional. Not only did they do all the yearly chores I didn't even know to think about, they also informed me that I didn't have any carbon monoxide sensors in my home and were able to sell and install some for me right then and there. I will defiantly be using Homesmiles again next year!

I found HomeSmiles on line when browsing the internet looking for the local building washing company. We were finishing 2 million sf project and were getting ready to wash 4 concrete buildings, 10 story each, with more than 5,000 windows, curtain walls and storefronts. Of course, I was looking for the company with good experience and great reviews. After a few days of very intense research, I've decided to give HomeSmiles, among 4 other bidders, a chance to bid the job. After my meeting with Mr. John Gerber I was feeling very good about my choice as I was impressed with the professionalism shown, questions asked and attention to the details. After almost 2 weeks of meetings, interviews and bid reviews, I've decided to award the job to HomeSmiles, even 4 other bidders were much more experienced and bigger companies. Because of not working with HomeSmiles ever before, I didn't have a choice then to offer the conditional contract based on job quality and performance on first building which was unarguably accepted by HomeSmiles. Maybe half way into first building I made up my mind to extend the contract for the rest of the buildings. Not only me but our whole management team, and most importantly the owner, were impressed and pleased with the great job they're doing. Using DI water made a huge difference and turned the building into a real beauties. I could go on and on but at the end I'll just say that, besides these 4 buildings, we trusted HomeSmiles to wash 3 story underground parking garage, another 5 story building with the arcades and 120' tall tower, and all the concrete surfaces built over 35 acres big area. I would say that long lasting relationships in construction are built on respect, trust, appreciation and job well done so I don't see any reason why this one wouldn't qualify. I've had hit or miss experiences with home maintenance and cleaning services in the past. As a busy entrepreneur, I don't have the time to do these things on my own. After reading a few positive reviews I decided to give HomeSmiles a try and boy am I glad I did. They have superb customer service, do an exceptional job, and are well priced. Very high quality work. We hired Home Smiles to pressure wash our entire roof. The representatives were very professional, on time, thorough, polite, and provided quality work. They even cleaned up and washed the external windows following pressure washing the roof. They swept and washed all debris from the ground and took pride in their work.
