Gary, we appreciate your concerns, but like I was telling you that you should not worry about it, I am aware of how we have been clean gutters for the past 8 years (ZERO ACCIDENTS), and I know that can seem unsafe from inside the house or when you do not familiar with this type of job, but you probably saw that all our ladders have a stabilizer on them for more safety for us and your house, we weren't putting anyone in the house in risk (besides us that climb ladders everyday hundreds of times and thats why we carry a 2M$ insurance). we are well trained and used to this practice. Your other complain was that we did not wait for you to come back, but you told my partner that you were going to pick your daughter and you did not mentioned that you were going to pay us in cash, them we were leaving your house and you stopped us almost on the next street over to pay with cash and asked for a paper receipt which we did not have since this is not our most favorite method of payment and all our transactions are done online. by the way, I drove to you personally to get paid and sent you the receipt for the payment on the same minute. Thank you and I hope the next company gives you a happier experience.

To make clear about the last review, they were respectful and I did reply because of that, but I have no request for a date on the cleaning, I also was at the property one day before the gutter cleaning to price a tree work for them and nothing was said about the schedule. Our system sent her two notification (1 by email and 1 by text), which both stated the date we were coming and both notification were open and she never called us to cancel or reschedule the job. Now about you, lets start with our arrival to your property, as soon as my partner gets out of the truck your wife goes outside and ask us to clean the roof valleys about 24ft above the gutter line, we before start the job told her that cleaning the valleys were not part of the job but that we would try to clean as much as we could from the ladder, next day she calls me in the morning yelling at me demanding that we come back immediately to clean the valleys, them I again inform her that this was not part of the job on the written quote that she signed where tells everything we were supposed to do, them she continue to yell at me and starts to threat me saying that her husband is a lawyer and that he would come after me and that they would report me everywhere and so and so. Right after this she changes the saying and starts to say that we were the ones that blew leaves 24ft up from the gutters (going against the laws of science). Then we agree that I was going to come to see the situation in person again, I left my partner and my 1 week old daughter for one hour, when I get to their property they refused to talk to me, I then recorded some videos of some trees dropping some others leaves on their roof. The biggest problem was that you both never answered the question that I several times asked, were there leaves on the valleys before we got there? the answer would compromise all the complain you guys have. After compiling all the evidences to proof that all the accusation were improper based on the facts and I sent them the report after my visit. After receiving the report they continue to harass me and threat me, Matthew even tried to twist my words and again threated me and even said that I committed a crime, I stood up for myself and when they saw that I had all the evidences to show what I was saying was the right things they paid me. Even after pay me they continue the harassments by email. Being a lawyer or an engineer does not make anyone better than the person providing a service to them, everyone should be treated with respect and dignity, it should not matter if we are cleaning gutters, cutting grass or serving in a restaurant.
