The company and crew are very professional, did great work. They were very in tune to what our needs were. The previously installed Heat Tape, by previous owner, was removed as it was installed incorrectly and a fire hazard and they fixed every area that was damaged by previously installed product. They installed new High Grade Heat Tape and fixed every area that had previous ice damage. We highly recommend this company.
