I wanted to take a moment to thank the office staff, Beth and Toni whose real voices answered the phone versus hearing recorded voice prompts and then listening to music to wait for someone to answer. After 30 second wait with two calls, I abandoned the calls and called A & S Nathan. My request for annual oil fired furnace service for my mom’s furnace. I was able to get asame day service appointment. Beth and Toni were kind and professional. To top it off, the service technician Kyle, was absolutely professional and pleasant. Kyle is a perfect example of an outstanding customer-facing employee.

This company is fantastic. I had probably the worlds worst central air system installed by previous homeowners and after 6 years of finagling it finally called 3 companies. A&S was by far the most detailed, and competitively priced and fastest to respond. The entire team from the office, to the owners to the install team were great. They walked me through everything in real time as it was happening and answered my questions right away. We couldn’t be happier with everyone involved, and the install team was fantastic. Clean, efficient and professional. I’m actually looking forward to a heat wave now!

I highly highly recommend them. Very professional. Calls back right away. Sets up meeting. Email and text sent. Then another email and text sent to remind you of the meeting and then a message when they are on their way. They are honest people. I had a few people come to look at the job and these folks did not try to sell me on things I didn’t need like the others did. Work was done professionally and clean. Excellent experience from start to finish. Jake and his team of HVAC technicians are experts at their craft. The installation of our new heating system is a work of art. We have used A&S Nathan for several years for our air conditioning, heat and water heater maintenance. Last night, around 8pm on a Friday evening we discovered our basement was partially flooded as our water heater had died. We called A&S Nathan and they were so helpful and quick to respond to us and let us know help would be on the way the next morning. At 8am this morning they arrived to install a new hot water heater. They were so nice, and installed it quickly. We are so thankful for their help when we were so panicked (and to have hot water!). Please consider using A&S Nathan as we have had nothing but a good experience with them over the years. Thank you again!

I've been using A&S Nathan since moving to Stratford, CT. They service my A/C and furnace every year and I have needed them once or twice for a furnace repair. The office people are wonderful to deal with and the technicians they send for service are very knowledgeable and super great people that you can trust. From my experience, I am confident that I am getting the most honest and best service possible. Thank you to everyone at A&S and a special thank you to Dan who has serviced my A/C and furnace several times. Today it was the pipe going out the chimney. Awesome job!!

The A&S Nathan team showed up this morning bright and early at 7 am to install and replace my oil boiler. This was a big job and there were four guys dedicated to completing it today. They did an excellent job and finished everything in one day. They even took the time to walk me through all the valves and shut offs in case I need to use them in the future. Most importantly, the guys were courteous and professional. They took the time to protect my basement and stairs. They were very polite to my curious small children who wanted to see what was going on. It's a huge peace of mind that this job is done and my 40 year old boiler is no longer something I have to worry about. I would absolutely recommend A&S Nathan to anyone with HVAC needs. Best, Rob L. The crew did an excellent job during my conversion from oil to propane. The work was of the highest quality and they completed it in a timely and organized manner. Their attention to detail was impressive, and I was particularly pleased with the way the front office managed the project from beginning to end.
