Technician came out after hours and checked unit. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Was worried smoke smell was coming out of the vents. He said to leave the unit off until the repairs were made. Many thanks to Jamie for taking care of our problem. I will tell everyone to use them.

I installed a new thermostat and I could figure out the correct setting. Frankie came out on a Sunday afternoon at 6:30pm just to help me out. The owner and his crew were beyond amazing! They listened to our needs, our budget, and proceeded to meet all of our expectations and then some!!! We have a 122 yr old home which now functions properly with both a/c & heat!!! (That's a difficult task in a home of this age with 11 foot high ceiling vents)!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!! The crew that worked on getting me the new heat pump is very professional. They came in and they started working immediately setting up everything. And the most important thing is they made sure that my house stayed clean while they were doing all the work. Very responsible group of people. I am very proud of what they have done.
