When Javier, Cooper's repair technician arrived, he got right to accessing the repair needs. He was most pleasant, understanding, respectful & professional. Also presented additional options. Once repair decisions were made he got right to work. "Not letting any grass grow under his feet". I will be calling Cooper's Plumbing & Air for any future plumbing needs.

Your technician Alex came to make some repairs on my AC unit. He was without a doubt the BEST tech I've had in the 7 years of doing business with your company. He was thorough & took extra time to make sure to answer any & all questions I had!

I do not trust anyone in my house but Daniel. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He can explain things where you can understand them. He has built up a very good honest and respectable. He never comes to my door that he does not ask me if it is okay for him to come in even though I have told him to come in when I open my door. He is the only one that I will let service my unit. He is very honest and I have gone though a lot of tech's trust me to find him. I have been with Cooper's when his father first began. Cooper's better never loose Daniel Lerma. They will be lost a valuable and knowledge person.

We had really great service from Shane Taylor and the crew in our recent dealings with Coopers. It was refreshing to have a person who did what he said he was going to do and followed up on the progress. He called today to see how everything was going since the work is completed.
