We had a whole Carrier system installed in our home. It only too 3 days and was half the price of anyone else in the area. Franklin is the best contractor we've ever worked with full stop. They made all the rebates and incentives happen. They are the best. 12/10 would recommend.

Ramiro arrived to do a tune up on our system, he found a couple items that needed to be addressed (due to neglect) and also suggested having surge suppressors installed. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything. We scheduled the additional work and Ramiro completed it next day. We are very happy with the service that IMS and Ramiro did. Thanks!

IMS Heating and Air has been our service provider for a few years now and I am very pleased with the service quality we receive. We recently had IMS come out and do the annual service on our air conditioner. My technician was Ramiro. He was very nice, very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain to me important details about my system (inside and outside) and also explain to me what he was doing. He showed me photos and made specific recommendations. Michael D is my technician with IMS Heating & Air. He has been servicing my furnace and air conditioning for a few years now, and he is so thorough, knowledgeable, and he is very kind. Michael explains in detail about my systems, and possible repairs or replacement of items that need done to keep my systems running smoothly. I never feel pressure from him as far as him trying to upsell me, and I do trust his recommendations when services are recommended and needed. I trust him as a person and as my technician, which says a lot about his character. I have been very happy with IMS Heating and Air, and I thank them as a company, and especially Michael, for their continued service.

David took care of our annual AC service and did a phenomenal job. We have always had great experiences with IMS. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and provide an excellent breakdown of the services they provide and any issues that need to be addressed. They also do a great job of not being pushy with upselling their products and services.

We just had the best experience with IMS Heating & Air. When I called in to schedule an appointment this morning, the office was very professional and polite and made the process very simple and quick. Most importantly, Ramiro (technician) was AWESOME! He was very professional and thorough. Ramiro informed me of everything he was checking and doing along the way. There was definitely some troubleshooting involved, but he took his time and figured out the issue and resolved it right on the spot. He made great recommendations to me in order to get the most life out of my system. It's not every day you find someone like Ramiro that takes pride in his craft, but he definitely does and I'm grateful for that. Thank you IMS and Ramiro!

This is a great company. The owner, technicians and office staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and effective. Every part of my experience with them exceeded my expectations. They clearly are trained properly and hold themselves to the highest of standards. We had a great experience with IMS and we have recommended them to our neighbors. Having a furnace about to die in the month of February is stressful and they took our concerns very seriously. IMS excelled at it all, providing a rare combination of excellent: 1) customer service, 2) very competitive pricing, and 3) professional installation. From Daniel on the initial consultation, to Michelle coordinating on schedule and billing, and Tanner the lead technician, we were in excellent hands from start to finish!
