All Pro was great with providing some reasonable options for HVAC work after we were told by another outfit that we'd need to replace everything. Thom is definitely our go-to now.

Simply fantastic! Thom is a Saint and if you use anyone else then you're a moron! After a winter storm knocked out our power for 2.5 days we returned to find the furnace blowing cold air. Thom helped us with diagnosing and repairing the issue over FaceTime and wasn't going to charge us a penny! With so many crooked and greedy scam artists out there this was a happy reminder there are still good people out there! On a weekend in horrible weather most others would have come out and charged us an after hours fee, plus an emergency service fee, plus labor and most likely try to scam us out of more! If you're ever the recipient of such kindness then show some class and send some money anways! Saved us a ton of money! Honesty and kindness pay so we sent via CashApp and Thom was very grateful! I called All Pro when my furnace stopped working due to this old house issues. Thom was professional, prompt and super helpful at getting it working as it should. Definitely will recommend All Pro to help with your heating needs!

The guys at all pro were super accommodating, They tried to help me troubleshoot problems with my furnace over the phone to try to help save me some $$$. When it turned out to be a bigger issue than I was capable of handling on my own, they were quick to come out and diagnose the problem. They were able to order the part that day and get it fixed a couple short days later. Just in time for the sub freezing temperatures forecast for next week! These guys are prompt, professional and affordable! Definitely recommend!

Thom claimed my compressor needed to be replaced and quoted me $2200. Je also claimed to have replaced my furnace filter. He did not. Josh from One Source Home Service fixed it with no parts for a $119 service call. Some loose wires, nothing more. It was so wonderful to find a honest repairman in a world filled with dirt bags ripping off trusting people. Do not use this liar and fraud.

Thom Willard and Jordan installed air and new furnace. Fantastic job, fast, friendly, great job and they stayed until it was finished. I don't believe anyone knows more about HVAC then Thom. And he is quick to respond to phone calls. Thank you!

I called to see how much it would cost to have someone come check my AC system that was freezing over. He arrived 10 minutes after I called and had my system running within 30 minutes. They were very nice and professional. Definitely recommend them to anyone in our area.
