The company's employees are pleasant, informative and professional. They've so far offered my family excellent and timely services, walking us through multiple options with great care and compassion. It is clear to me that Landry employs individuals who are exceptionally knowledgable and though our boiler project is still underway, we feel confident we're in great hands. Would highly recommend for busy people who want to rest assure that a job will be done right.

Had a new heating system installed by Landry Mechanical and had a great experience. They showed up on time, and were very courteous and professional. They were also very responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way.

My furnace stopped working on Wednesday. Tim came and gave me quotes to replace it as I did ask for this since the furnace is 13 yrs old and he also took the time to look at it. He said it was repairable and he would let them know to send a service tech if I wanted to try that first. I did, they sent Aldi. Thank you Aldi for trying to get the parts today and when you couldn't, thank you for hooking up my little parlor stove so I would have heat before the snow storm this weekend. Awesome team at Landry.

Despite the uncertain value comparison, the 1-year work warranty and 5-year tank warranty underline their confidence in quality. The delay slightly marred the experience, leading to a solid 4-star rating. Overall, Landry's professional service and customer accommodation are commendable, but timeliness could be improved.

We have been using Landry’s for years because they always do a quality job. This one was easy (a small leak from a condensation unit) and fixed efficiently and thoroughly. Dan even disposed of a dead mouse for me! Really appreciated that! He gave me valuable information about a water filtering system and will give me an estimate soon. They are a great company to work with and I will continue to use them in the future.

I was lucky enough to have Nick Sokol install my new kitchen sink. He had to come back a second time because unfortunately my sink was broken. (I hadn’t opened the box to check on it). He came back when I got another sink and did a fantastic job of installing it. He was professional, and I felt completely at ease with him in my house. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them. It was amazing when I called how responsive they were and how quickly I was able to get an appointment.(previous to this. I have been messaging the plumber that I have used in the past and he kept putting me off for two months! I was shocked that I called to make this appointment in within one week I had an appointment. Nick also took care of replacing an outdoor spigot with a frost free one. Everything about this company from making the appointment until completion of the job was wonderful.

Our tech, Mike and his helper were absolutely wonderful when we had our water heater replaced. They were prompt, very courteous and communicative. Work appears top notch and very happy with the whole process. The office personnel are just as wonderful to deal with, and I have every confidence in Landry if anything more involved and major needs to be done. They will be my first call. Thank you!
