Benton's: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical

Benton's team replaced my shower 3 handle multiple function system with a single function system like you see in hotels, plus under sink and commodes water shutoff valves, and outside water faucets., and commodes was seal they discovered that was leaking. Benton's Team kept me informed as jobs progressed, placed cover mats down over carpets where they would be walking which was a first for me compared to other company's personnel that I had do work on my house. They made sure all areas where they worked was thoroughly clean, all trash removed. I was very impressed with the job they did. They vert very polite and well mannered. I highly recommend Benton's services, very professional in the work they do.

Amazing! I had a gas leak and they were so professional and knowledgeable. They also let me know about my hot water heater starting to rust, which in my opinion, is exemplary customer service! We will definitely be using Benton's for any future issues we have.

Pipe work and insulation was done well but in the course of going through the wall, a massive hole was left leading to an exposed basement for all types of unwanted air exchange and critters to enter the household. Not only was this not at LEAST temporarily covered or patched by the workers, but a subsequent call I made to have them correct the issue was met with a most unsatisfying answer and refusal to make it right. The Company needs to ensure their workers have appropriate materials for the job and to be able to close up holes they make or rectify damage they cause. I had high hopes for this company from reviews and recommendations.... sadly, they fell short. Disappointing. Edit: 1 star added since the workers had to come by my house anyway to get tools they'd left the day before and did a cardboard covering of the hole. Now I've just got to get it re-tiled. 😮‍💨

Responsive. Thorough. Gave me 3 estimates and didn't try to talk me into our out of anything. Even cleaned up after the job. These guys are amazing. You get what you pay for. I recommend them with no reservations.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! They were very quick to schedule service calls, & I didn’t have to wait long for them to repair my electrical issue. They explained why the issue occurred, as well as how it affects the other wiring in my house. I received texts letting me know where they were & when they’d arrive. Benton’s focus on swift & accurate communication & providing excellent customer service was by far the best I’ve ever experienced by any company in this industry. This is as it should be with all companies, & they’ve set a very high standard which others will fail to meet. Logan and the crew got to my house around 9. Worked hard all day until 4 pm when they were loaded and ready to go. We did have a chicken lunch which I gladly provided. The crew from start to finish was 100% positive about the direction to go under Logan’s direction. Their professional working made the whole job go smoothly. To me this was a pretty major job replumbing our entire home and getting me and my wife the piece of mind that there won’t be any more leaky pipes. Thanks David and Ruth Sawtelle

I was very impressed with every representative from the company. The work was completed efficiently and they were fantastic about cleaning up after themselves and quality work. One of the nicest things one of the gentleman kept stating was “integrity is our core value” and I saw nothing but professionalism and integrity from this company. I will be referring them and using them in the future.
