Hebert's Heating & Cooling

Mr Hebert's business phone is his cell. He answers it and is quick to get to you as soon as he possibly can. If the situation is urgent, he cares and tries to work you in ASAP. He has kept our two elderly A/C units going much longer than they should be. It would have been so easy for a dishonest company to tell me I need a new air unit when all it needed was an inexpensive fan motor or some kind of switch. He is knowledgeable, explains everything well and is just a regular guy. He does business the old fashioned way. And he does not just push new units on you. We have never had an issue with a repair he has made. We have found him to be very trustworthy, thorough and reasonably priced. We've used Hebert's for 14 years and will keep using him. When our two 27 year old units finally go, Hebert's is who we will hire to do the replacements.

Paul is awesome. Every time I call or text him. He always calls or shows up promptly. As Soon as he can. Very reasonable prices. Very nice man. He is definitely my go to a/c man

Fast, reliable service with a professional and courteous attitude...

I have never used this person but I want to comment on his driving. The guy, who I assume owns the business (has a beard), pulled out directly in front of me running a stop sign on crow rd onto Yorkville road right around the curve. Without stopping or yielding or slowing down, then proceeded to speed down lehmburg rd without a care. I'm not sure about how he does his business, but he puts others at risk with no fault while driving. I wouldn't use him for business for that reason alone.

DO NOT call this person, To start with he is rude, secondly he made us wait almost a month after quoting a price & telling us he would come fix our AC within a couple of days, he never showed up....He ignored our phone calls & when I finally reached him through another phone number he told me "he had other fish to fry" He told me I was welcome to call someone else. I wouldn't have been so upset if he had just bothered to answer our calls in the first place & tell us that. The only way you will get this man to do any work for you is if you happen to have BIG FISH FOR HIM TO FRY!!!!! I don't even think he deserves ONE star, but the rating requires at least one.
