I recommend Carlos and team for HVAC servicing. We originally contacted NEAS to help with a minor repair on our system and found him to be thorough, thoughtful and mindful of budget by suggesting money saving alternatives. We recently decided to replace our system with a heat pump and Carlos was again very thorough when considering our system, and recommended a system that would work for our home. He is knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to coming up with creative solutions to accommodate our unique system. He has been very responsive as we fine tune the system now that it’s installed and he makes sure we understand how everything is operating at every step of the process. My experience with NEAS was excellent from start to finish. I found Carl and Bob to always be professional and prompt. Carl took the time to educate me about my purchase so that I felt confident. I had an old system, but wanted to side my house before the installation. Carl offered to store a new unit for a full season and only requested the actual cost of the unit to do so. The following year he and Bob installed it and only then did I pay for the labor. They didn't know me and I was astounded by their generosity. Furthermore, when my old unit had problems re than once Carl called me back immediately and even came to the house to resolve the situation. My new AC Trane system is quiet and efficient. I couldn't be more satisfied. You know the phrase "the last of the good guys?" You can find them at NEAS!!!

I am so impressed with Carlos and the NEAS team—honest, reliable, fair and experienced. The only company to address what was really needed to replace our central A/C without unnecessary add-ons. So many of the other Hvac companies we met with never even bothered to follow up with a written estimate ( I won’t mention the companies that couldn’t even show up to give an estimate)! Carlos detailed every step of the project, did the install at the promised time and went over all the equipment with us. 100% recommend NEAS.

Carlos is very professional and knowledgeable. After another HVAC company, 20/20 Air, took my money and didn't do the job as they should have nor honor any quality of work, NEAS completed the task. Even after hours. Carlos cares about his trade, reputation and he takes pride in the company he and his partner has built. I highly recommend them to anyone. Just 3 days ago NEAS replaced my 23 year old oil burner with a heat pump system for both heat and air conditioning. Given the unusual weather this month we've already had the opportunity to use both and they work great! The company came highly recommended and because I'm the curious type I watched the removal of the old system and the replacement with the new system from start to finish. I'm a tough guy to please but was delighted with the performance of the system and the installation. Carlos and Bob were professional, thorough, extremely neat and explained what they were doing and why. Excellent equipment, fairly priced, beautifully installed... and it works! What more could you ask for...?

I needed a new furnace because my heat exchanger had a recall. Carlos, gave me prices for a bryant furnace and a trane furnace. I went with a high efficiency furnace by bryant which is a carrier brand. It is easier to get parts. Carlos replaced the gas furnace in a half day. He put a special filter door so I don’t have to open the furnace to change the air filter. He replaced my old mercury thermostat with two modern digital thermostats by Honeywell. He also added dampers to convert a single zone into two zones. It has made a world of difference in heating cost and comfort having two zones. I only had the gas furnace replaced, but I will use NEAS again when I need to replace the air conditioning.
